PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Apple & Pink to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order. When placing an order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Apple & Pink for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. Your credit/debit card/PayPal account will be authorised and charged when your order is placed. This does not affect your statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate. Note that we are unable to offer gift wrapping on sale items.
SPECIAL OFFERS & PROMOTIONS
Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, unless stated otherwise. If a promotion is only valid for orders over a certain amount, that amount does not include delivery or the cost of a gift box.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and this will be clearly stated on our website.
PRICES
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling.
DELIVERY
Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours, unless ordering a personalised item, that may require 4-5 days. Items purchased over the weekend or on UK bank holidays will be sent out on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address. Each order is assigned a Tracking Number to track your order.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to return items for a refund or an exchange, please follow the outlined Returns Procedure as stated below. Full priced products must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original tags attached within 28 calendar days of receipt. Apple & Pink will not accept returns of products that have been worn, used and/or original tags removed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the product(s) returned to the customer. Sale products must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original tags attached within 14 calendar days of receipt. Apple & Pink will not accept returns of products that have been worn, used and/or original tags removed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the product(s) returned to the customer. If a refund has been requested, we will finalise within 5 working calendar days. During promotional seasons, your request may take longer than usual. Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to reappear in your account. All goods purchased via our website or telephone must be returned to our address below. If you request an exchange, please clearly state your intention on the supplied Returns Form with the appropriate colour, size and item name. Please send all returns to:

Please note, postage costs and any costs thereafter associated to the return of items are responsible by the customer. We strongly advise opting for a reliable courier with a tracking service available to safeguard your interests in the instance the parcel is loss during transit.
